The Group of Eight only wants to help.
We have all heard of the G8 nations which include the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Japan. Economically strong and used to throwing about their weight when it comes to influencing the governments of other countries; these eight behemoths have mutually decided to send massive aid on its way to the post-revolutionary Arab nations such as Egypt and Tunisia.
At least $20 billion has been set aside for the economic benefit of the countries of the much discussed “Arab Spring”. This colossal amount will get transferred to these newly emancipated states in the three years spanning the years 2011 – 2013. The G8 leaders have welcomed with open arms the countries where a “good” change has occurred. On the contrary, disapproval is being shown by the “Big 8” to those nations like Syria, Libya and Yemen where the struggle continues and “democracy” has yet to arrive.
