Hillary has her doubts about Pakistan.
Hillary Clinton’s visit to Pakistan has eased some of the tension that existed between the two allies in the war on terror. However, not all is well. For one thing, she has not given a clean bill of health to the ISI, Pakistan’s intelligence agency, which has been termed a state within a state.
After extensive meetings with the president, prime minister, chief of staff and head of the ISI, the common conclusion was that “both countries need to work through these challenges and move forward.” Deputy State Department Spokesman, Mark C. Toner said “I don’t think she gave them a free chit” which succinctly sums up the conditional relations between the two countries.
