Baghdad: 21 killed in twin blasts

Baghdad: 21 people killed and dozens wounded in a pair of car bombs attacks in Baghdad’s two different neighborhoods, Iraqi officials said.

Army Brigadier General Ali Fathal said 12 people were killed and 10 people were wounded in the attack when a car bomb exploded in western Baghdad’s affluent Mansour neighborhood near a mobile phone office.

Police and hospital sources said another car bomb exploded minutes later in the northern sector of Baghdad, killing at least nine and wounding 38 others.
